FAQ

1.) How long does it take to prepare an order and ship it?

>> Our goal is to ship every order within 2 business days of receiving it.  High order volumes may impact this service level but every effort is taken to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

2.) Is there a cost for shipping?

>> Shipping is free in Canada with a minimum order (before taxes) of $100.  If your order does not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $9.99 for standard shipping and $16.99 for express shipping.

3.) How long will it take for my package to arrive?

>> Generally for standard shipping you can expect you package to arrive between 4-8 days for standard shipping and 1-3 days for express shipping.  We ship via Canada Post or Fedex depending on the shipping option you selected and delivery estimates provided by these services.  Note, inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstanced could impact your delivery, please reach out to us if you experience delays with your delivery so we can launch an investigation with the carrier.

4.) Are returns accepted?

>> We do accept returns of unused product in unopened packaging (if applicable).  If you have an item you'd like to return please email us at info@xldogshop.com or via our contact form on the website.

5.) Does XL Dog Shop pay for return postage?

>> In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we do not cover return postage for returns.

6.) Can I pick up my order?

>> We do not have a pick up location at this time.   All orders will be shipped vis Canada Post or FedEx
